Mae Borja, a member of the Dining Services staff, has been named Employee of the Year by her peers at Peterson Meadows.

Celebrating the service of our employees is a top priority for Peterson Meadows. Mae is characterized by her peers as someone who is always kind, caring and professional. She takes the time to meet individual resident needs, and does so with a smile. Her positive demeanor brings joy to all. Mae exemplifies the resident-focused approach in which our campus takes pride.

Peterson Meadows names an Employee of the Quarter, and from those four stand-outs, an Employee of the Year is voted on by all campus employees. This system serves to honor the service of others by engaging the campus team as a whole. The Employee of the Year receives a gift card and plaque.

We are thrilled to honor Mae’s work, kind contributions to our team and unfailing care for the residents of Peterson Meadows.
