David Peterson, a Senior Living Counselor, has been named Employee of the Year by his peers at Peterson Meadows.
Celebrating the service of our employees is a top priority for Peterson Meadows. David is characterized by his peers as someone who is always caring, funny, and professional. He takes the time to meet with perspective residents and creates meaningful relationships with them. Peterson Meadows is honored to have David on staff as he brings such joy to those around him.
Peterson Meadows names an Employee of the Quarter, and from those four stand-outs, an Employee of the Year is voted on by all campus employees. This system serves to honor the service of others by engaging the campus team as a whole. The Employee of the Year receives a gift card and plaque.
