02/23/18 ROCKFORD, IL – Rockford Christian High School students will be visiting Wesley Willows and Peterson Meadows on Friday, February 23 for a day of service and introduction to the field of Senior Living and its many career opportunites. This is an annual service learning event for many local high school students who visit nonprofits in the Rockford area.

Wesley Willows and Peterson Meadows are nonprofit Senior Living communities that promote active and secure lifestyles. Peterson Meadows offers residents a close-knit community for independent living, and Wesley Willows boasts a full continuum of care for Seniors.

Students will learn about career opportunities in aging services, which is a growing field. Department leaders on both campuses will discuss areas such as Nursing, Administration, Marketing, Maintenance, Fund Development, Dining Services, Fitness, Chaplaincy and more.
