Brett Erickson, a veteran employee that currently works in Maintenance, has been named Employee of the Year by his peers at Wesley Willows.
Celebrating the service of our employees is a top priority for Wesley Willows. As the regional leader in Senior care, we are incredibly proud of the caliber of service provided by our team. Nominated by his supervisor, Brett is a perfect example of someone who is resident-driven and a great team player.
Wesley Willows names an Employee of the Month, and from those twelve rising stars an Employee of the Year is voted on by all campus employees. This system serves to honor the service of others by engaging the campus team as a whole. The Employee of the Year receives a gift card, plaque and a premium campus parking space.
