Shirley Thompson, CNA, a 21 year loyal employee has been named Employee of the Year by her peers at Wesley Willows.
Celebrating the service of our employees is a top priority at Wesley Willows. As the regional leader in Senior care, we are incredibly proud of the caliber of service provided by our team. Shirley is a staple in our nursing department and uses her 21 years of experience to help new CNA’s on her unit.
Wesley Willows names an Employee of the Month, and from those twelve rising stars an Employee of the Year is voted on by all campus employees. This system serves to honor the service of others by engaging the campus team as a whole. The Employee of the Year receives a gift card, plaque and a premium campus parking space.
We are thrilled to honor Shirley’s hard work, positive attitude, and unfailing care for the residents of Wesley Willows.
